Description

Sunneylyn is a cottage that is part of a row and is dated 1738, with later alterations from the 18th century. It is constructed from squared and coursed Doulting rubble and features a clay pantile roof with a 20th-century dormer and a rendered stack. The building is two stories tall with an attic and has three bays. It contains sash windows with glazing bars set in edge-moulded stone surrounds. The central door opening also has a similar stone surround and features a 20th-century panelled door. A stone plaque located between the first and second bays on the first floor reads: "S.I.A. 1738."
