Description

Laurel House Cottage and Bush House are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed and squared rubble, featuring a first floor band, coped verges, and a slate roof with brick stacks. The buildings are two storeys high and have three bays each, with 16-pane sash windows set in prominent stone surrounds. The central door openings include a 20th-century porch with a six-panelled door on the left, and on the right, there is a four-panelled door within a semi-circular headed stone architrave, complete with a fanlight above.
