Description
Glebe Cottage is a detached cottage that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed from roughly coursed Cary stone rubble and features a double Roman clay tile roof with plain gables and brick end chimney stacks. The cottage is two storeys high and has three bays with irregular window placement. On the upper level, there are two-light plain casement windows, likely from the 19th century. The lower level has 6-pane sash windows with timber lintels in the outer bays. In the second bay, there is an off-centre timber porch hood with a lean-to tiled roof, which covers a plain boarded door. Additionally, there is a two-bay single-storey extension on the west gable that matches the main structure. The interior has not been seen.
