Description

Falkland Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on the north side of Middle Street in Minehead. It is constructed from colourwashed cob with rubblestone and features a pantile lean-to on the right. The cottage has a steeply-pitched slate roof that is half-hipped to the left, with an internal lateral stack on the left and a brick stack at the right gable end. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a one-window range. The windows are 19th and 20th-century two and three-light casement types, and there are 20th-century entrance doors at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
