Description
This is an 18th-century house with an attached outhouse, located in Minehead. The house is constructed with painted render over a rubble stone base, and has a half-hipped thatched roof with a rear lateral stack. It follows a three-unit plan and has a three-window front. The ground floor has 3-light casement windows, which are 20th-century replacements; the first-floor windows are in half-dormers and date from the 19th century. The central door is protected by a flat hood. The interior of the house has not been inspected. A projecting rubble stone outhouse with a pantile roof is attached to the front-left corner of the house. This outhouse curves forward to join with the adjacent property at No.1.
