Description

Fulford House is a circa 1830 house situated in Kingston St Mary. The main building is constructed of rubble, rendered and has a slate roof with overhanging eaves and brick stacks to the gable ends. It is a double-pile house, meaning it has rooms on both sides of a central passage, and incorporates a single-storey service wing to the left. The principal facade is three bays wide, featuring 16-pane sash windows. A flat-roofed porch with pilasters sits centrally, containing half-glazed double doors and a 20th-century inner door, along with a fanlight above. The service wing to the left has a slate roof with coped verges and a single bay with a blind, semicircular-headed niche.
