Description

No. 28 High Street is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It has a rendered and whitewashed exterior with a Welsh slate roof that features coped gables, which are somewhat uneven. The building is two stories tall and has three bays. The windows are timber casements with horizontal glazing bars and exposed timber lintels, consisting of three lights each. The central door is plain and set within a simple ashlar surround. The interior has not been seen. This cottage is part of a group that contributes to the streetscape value in the center of the village.
