Description
Nos 5 and 5A, Willow Vale, date from the 18th century with features added in the early 19th century. The building is constructed of ashlar with a coved eaves cornice, moulded on the right and rear returns. It has a hipped pantile roof with a central chimney. The front features a plinth and corner piers, and is two storeys high with five windows. Some windows are blocked, retaining sash rebates, and there are glazing bar sashes. Above the door is a round-headed panel. The main entrance is a flush panelled door set within a stone doorcase featuring a flat entablature on fluted pilasters. A later door has been added to the left-hand side.
