Description

Mrs. Hallett's Cottage and Nundle are two cottages that form a row, likely built in the 18th or 19th century. They are constructed from roughly cut and squared ham stone and feature a double Roman clay tiled roof, which has an abutment to the south and a coped gable to the north, along with brick chimney stacks. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of four bays in total. The windows are casement style, with two lights; the cottage known as Nundle has small-paned windows, while Mrs. Hallett's Cottage has leaded windows with rectangular panes. There are plain doorways with 20th-century doors located to the right of the first bay and to the left of the fourth bay. Additionally, there is a large 20th-century extension at the rear of Mrs. Hallett's Cottage. The interiors have not been seen.
