Description
No. 11 High Street is a semi-detached cottage, likely built in the early 19th century. It features Cary stone that is roughly cut and squared, with a rendered first floor. The cottage has a thatched roof with a plain north gable and an abutment to the south, along with a brick chimney stack. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. It includes horizontal-bar casement windows of various dates, with two and three lights; there is an early 20th-century part-glazed door located between the second and third bays. Timber lintels are present over all ground floor windows, and the upper windows are set into the thatch. The north gable is made of brick, and there is a lean-to structure at the rear. The interior has not been seen.
