Description
Stocks located in the churchyard, 8 metres south of the vestry of the Church of St George, are likely from the 17th century and were restored in 1916 when they were moved to their current position. They are made of wood and consist of a pair of posts supporting a horizontal bar that has five holes for ankles. There was significant decay noted during the last survey in June 1984. These stocks are included mainly for their historical significance.
