One brick and one ashlar stack are present. The cottage is two storeys high and single bay, featuring ovolo moulded stone mullion windows of two and three lights. A door opening is located to the right side, with a chamfered stone surround and a recessed 20th-century glazed door. The left corner is radiused, and a two-bay return is visible to the right.
