Description
32 Mantle Street is a small two-storey house built in the 18th or early 19th century, located on a corner. It features a painted brick exterior, an eaves gutter cornice, and a shallow pitched slate roof with a brick stack positioned forward from the ridge. To the left, there are two windows with incised voussoir lintels and sash windows that include glazing bars. A metal sign bracket is situated to the right of the entrance, which has an open pediment, pilasters, and panelled reveals. The round-headed doorway is adorned with a Gothic fanlight and a six-panel door. Additionally, there is a 19th-century shop front with original large glazing divisions.
