Description
This summer house, located about 2 meters south of Cheddon Corner, dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of pink brick in Flemish bond and features a pyramid slate roof with overhanging eaves that have sprockets and a lead finial. The building has an octagonal shape and is a single storey. It includes arched window openings, with two on either side of a square-headed entrance. The original leaded-light windows have colored glass in the margins, with one window retaining some of its leading and the other fitted with plate glass. The entrance is marked by a plank door.
