Description
Havyatt Farmhouse is a large building with two distinct parts. The eastern side likely dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century, while the additions to the west are from the 19th century. The earlier section is two storeys high, constructed of random rubble with pantile roofs of varying pitch and eaves. It features three windows, which are two and three-light wooden casements set beneath wooden lintels, and there is a blocked-up doorway in the centre. The later section is built of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and includes one, two, three, and four-light mullioned windows beneath hoods. The entrance is located in the return angle of the building.
