HAVYATT 1. 1133 (South Side) Havyatt Farmhouse ST 53 NW 4/140 II 2. Large building with 2 parts. The east side is probably Late 017/early C18. Additions to west are C19. Early part is 2 storeys. Random rubble. Pantile roofs of varying pitch, eaves. 3 windows. 2 and 3-light wood casements under wooden lintels. Blocked-up doorway in centre. Later part is of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. 1, 2, 3 and 4-light mullioned windows under hoods. Entrance in return angle.
