Description
The Ball monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 31 meters west-southwest of the tower of the Church of All Saints in Martock. It dates from the 19th century and is made of Ham stone. The monument features a moulded plinth and has one fielded panel on each face, flanked by reeded pilasters. The hipped top is adorned with moulded coving and moulded leading edges. It commemorates Hannah and Edward Ball, who died in 1804 and 1914, along with other family members.
