Description

This building is a loft over a store, located about 20 meters south-west of Haywood Farmhouse in Nynehead. It dates from the 18th century and is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with a slate roof featuring coped verges and finials. The building is positioned parallel to the road and has three small, inserted 20th-century openings on the road-facing side, with a loft door on the west gable end. It is a good example of an 18th-century brick agricultural building.
