No. 17 High Street is an office building from the early 19th century. It features a rendered exterior with raised quoins and a Welsh slate roof, along with brick stacks. The building is three stories tall with a basement and has three bays. The modern sash windows are present, although the outer bays of the second floor have been blocked. The entrance includes an open pediment doorcase with panelled reveals and a panelled internal porch, leading to a six-panel fielded door.
