Description

Nos 31 and 32 on Exeter Road are a pair of two-storey cottages built in the early 19th century. No 31 features painted brick, while No 32 is finished in stucco. Both cottages have a slate roof and each has two sash windows with thin glazing bars. No 31 includes a splayed bay window on the ground floor to the right, and a doorway to the left with a segmental arched rusticated head and reeded pilasters, leading to a six-panel door. There is a passage entry on the left side, and an extension for No 32, which has its entrance set back on the right.
