1. 5365 PAYTON ROAD (North Side) Westford Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Westford Court ST 1220 1/117 II GV

2. Early C19 2 storey row (possibly of earlier origins) at right angles to street. Attic in gable end. Slate roof hipped to north end. West front has 5 windows, sashes with thin glazing bars. Trellis porch to No 1. Later extensions on ground floor. No 3 to rear.

Nos I to 3 (consec) and Nos 5 and 6 Westford Court form a group.
