LONG SUTTON CP STEPHEN'S HILL (North side) ST4625 12/194 Pair gates piers 120 metres south of Manor House Farmhouse 17.4.59 GV II

Gate piers with side walls and gates. C18. Local lias stone with Ham stone dressings; wrot iron gates. Piers integral with side sweep walls in cut and squared lias with Ham stone copings, base steps, cornice mould caps with steps and ball finials. Simple late C20 gates with twist point tops. Contributes to setting of Manor House Farmhouse (q.v).
