Description
Hill House is a detached house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of local lias near-ashlar stone with Ham stone dressings and features a hipped Welsh slate roof with bracketed eaves, and no visible stacks. The house has two storeys and three bays, with plain side pilasters. It includes 16-pane sash windows set in plain openings with voussoired flat arches. The central entrance features a four-panel door beneath a Regency style fanlight, situated in a semi-circular arched recess. This entrance is protected by an open stone porch supported by Tuscan columns and topped with a full entablature. There is a lean-to extension on the west gable with a swept front screen wall. The interior has not been seen.
