Description
Nos 2 and 2A on North Parade were built around 1821. The main front of the building is positioned at right angles to the road. It features ashlar stonework and a hipped roof covered with modern tiles. The ground floor is channelled, and there is a cornice and a blocking course above. The building has three storeys and an attic, which includes one dormer. There are four windows that are asymmetrically spaced, featuring plate-glass sashes set in reveals. A stone porch supported by square-section columns is present, along with a lean-to extension on the left that also has channelled masonry and two segment-headed windows.
