  1. 5363 NORTH PARADE (South-east side) ST 7748 SE 5/181 GV 31.1.74 No 9 II

  2. Early C19, cement-rendered, chamfered quoins. 3 storeys. 3 windows, sashes in reeded frames. Modern central door with side lights. Interior: a number of early C19 fittings including staircase with curved return to handrail at base and enriched segmental arches in both ground floor front rooms. Fittings are said to be made from the mahogany of dye crates.
