Description
This is an early 19th-century house in a row, which originally included a shop. The house is constructed of local stone, which has been rendered, with an ashlar stone base and an asbestos cement slate roof. It has a plain gable and an abutment. The house is three storeys high and has a single bay. The left-hand side contains a six-panel door with a rectangular fanlight above. To the right is a former Regency-style shopfront, with the remains of a 12-pane sash window, slim timber reeded pilasters and a shallow, slightly bowed fascia. The first floor has a 12-pane sash window, and the second floor has a six-pane sash window. The interior of the building has not been inspected.
