Description

No. 4 South Parade is a house dating to around 1800. It was originally two separate dwellings. The building is constructed of rubble and has a pantiled mansard roof with two dormers. It is two and a half storeys high with two windows. The windows are 19th-century sashes set within raised surrounds featuring ogee moulded outer edges. The ground floor has a pair of sashes, beside blocked architrave door openings, all sheltered by a continuous moulded slate hood supported on three console brackets.
