Chest tomb and two headstones a) Bucknel chest tomb about 4m south of chancel. Earlier C17. Ham stone. Base and chest mostly buried; plain sides and flanks; cyma-recta coving to heavy flat top. Latin inscription on south side commemorates Thomas Bucknel, death date buried. b) Unidentified headstone immediately east of a): C18. Ham stone, about 750mm x 900mm high x ll0mm thick, with chamfered back; semi-circular arched head enclosing an angel in panel, with flanking scrolls; floriated frame to single panel. Inscription worn. c) Upstill headstone to south of b): C18. Ham stone, about 900mm x 1000mm high x l10mm thick, with chamfered back: double stone, with 2 semi-circular-arched panels having angel heads, hourglass between, and flanking scrolls; floriated frame to panel, with part-drop in centre: commemorates Ann Upstill, died - , and others.
