Farmhouse. Early C19. Rendered, emphasised rusticated quoins, hipped slate roof, brick and roughcast stacks. Symmetrical front, 2 storeys, 3 bays, sash windows with glazing bars, those to ground floor larger than those on first floor. Central panelled door, trellis porch with a "tent" canopy hood. Lower height wings at rear with tile and pantile roofs.
