Description

West Newton Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse. It features a rendered exterior with prominent rusticated quoins and a hipped slate roof, along with brick and roughcast stacks. The symmetrical front has two storeys and three bays, with sash windows that include glazing bars; the ground floor windows are larger than those on the first floor. There is a central panelled door with a trellis porch that has a "tent" canopy hood. At the rear, there are lower height wings covered with tile and pantile roofs.
