Description
This is a chest tomb dated 1759, located in the churchyard directly adjacent to the east end of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin. It is made of dressed Ham stone and features an oblong shape on a moulded plinth. The sides are panelled and decorated with pilasters. The inscriptions on the tomb are largely obscured by lichen, and it has a hipped slab top that is moulded around the lower edge.
