Description
The Coach House and Workshop at Stockeld Park is a late 19th-century building originally constructed for Robert John Foster. It features an L-shaped design made of ashlar stone with a Westmorland slate roof. The building is a single storey and is attached to the east end of the chapel. On the left side, there is a half-glazed double door with a plain lintel, while to the right, a blocked round-headed arch has been fitted with a 20th-century sash window. A tall corniced stack is positioned centrally above the arch. This structure is included for its group value with the surrounding buildings.
