AINDERBY MIRES WITH HOLTBY A 1 (west side, off) Threshing barn and attached outbuilding to North of Street House Farmhouse

Threshing barn and attached outbuilding. 1768, probably by John Carr for the Earl of Holderness. Brick with pantile roof. 5 bays, 2-storey height. Lower 2-bay outbuilding to east. Large central round-arched waggon opening with brick voussoirs and impost band. To each side 2 brick ventilation slits. Dentilled eaves. Hipped roof. Outbuilding with advanced double carriage doors to right, to left a blind round opening. Continuous band at central level of this opening. Included for group value.
