Description
Manor House Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century, with later alterations. It is constructed of rubblestone with ashlar dressings and has a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and five bays, with quoins at the corners. The entrance features a half-glazed door set in a chamfered surround, topped with a hoodmould, located in a gabled porch at the fourth bay. This door is flanked by four-pane sash windows, also in chamfered surrounds with hoodmoulds. To the left-hand bay, there is a six-pane side-sliding sash window in a similar surround. On the first floor, all windows are six-pane side-sliding sashes, again set in chamfered surrounds with hoodmoulds. The farmhouse has brick stacks at both ends and one along the ridge, and it features raised gables.
