Description

This is a mile-post located approximately 50 metres north-west of Lovesome Farm, dating from the late 19th century. It is made of cast iron and features a triangular section pillar that stands about 1 metre high. The top of the pillar slopes downwards and is inscribed with "London 225" on the front, "Darlington 12" on the left face, and "Noallerton 4" on the right face.
