Description

Poplar Lodge is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of cream-brown brick in Flemish bond and features a grey slate roof. The building stands two storeys high and has three bays. There are three steps leading up to a central six-panel door, which is set within a doorcase that includes pilasters and a pediment. The windows are 16-pane sashes in flush wood frames, topped with slightly cambered arches. The roof is hipped, and there are tall banded stacks on both the left and right sides. The interior has not been inspected.
