Description

Little Barleythorpe is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and a very shallow plat band, with slightly projecting gable end stacks. The front has a regular arrangement of windows, consisting of two glazing-bar sashes and a blind central window. The ground floor windows are adorned with rubbed brick voussoirs. The central door is made up of six fielded panels and is topped with a semi-circular fanlight that has radiating glazing bars, also featuring rubbed brick voussoirs. The interior has not been inspected.
