Description
The Paris Pavilion is a three-storey bathing house and residence built around 1800. It is constructed of dressed stone with ashlar dressings and features a slate roof with ashlar coped gables and plain kneelers, along with two gable stacks.
The south front has its ground floor obscured by an external staircase and terrace. Above this, there is a central doorway with an overlight, flanked by single 12-pane glazing bar sash windows. On the second floor, there are three nine-pane glazing bar sashes. The west gable includes a single 12-pane sash on the first floor and a single nine-pane sash above. The rear facade has a blocked central window on the second floor.
Originally built as a bath house with accommodation for the proprietor above, the Paris Pavilion serves as the central element of a group of spa buildings.
