Description

Scaife House is a late 18th-century house located in Easingwold Market Place. The building is constructed of brick, with a cement-rendered front and a rebuilt gable end. It has a swept pantile roof and a rebuilt central chimney. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. A central entrance is provided by a round-arched porch, leading to a six-panel door featuring a patterned radial fanlight within a moulded architrave and keystone.
