The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a steeply pitched swept pantile roof with chimneys. It is two storeys high and has four bays. The central entrance features a six-panel door within a doorcase of reeded pilasters and consoles supporting a pediment, a decorated radial fanlight, and panelled reveals and soffit.
