Description
Jasmin Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of pinkish-brown brick and features a roof made of pantiles and stone slates. The house has a direct entry and a two-cell plan with an outshut at the rear. It stands two storeys tall and has two first floor windows. The central door is from the 20th century, and there are casement windows throughout, all set under blocked elliptical arches. There is also a further blocked opening under an elliptical arch above the door. A three-course band runs along the first floor, and there are end stacks. The outshut is covered by a catslide roof. Inside, the ground floor rooms feature chamfered beams with plain stops.
