Description
No. 15 Main Street is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with later extensions added to the rear. It is constructed of pinkish-brown brick and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and four windows on the first floor. The entrance, which is from the 20th century, is located below the third window and is set under a blocked elliptical arch. To the left of this entrance, there is another blocked entrance.
On the ground floor, the windows include a 6-pane Yorkshire sash and a 20th-century casement, both situated under blocked elliptical arches, as well as two 16-pane sashes, one of which is positioned under a soldier arch. The first floor features 6-pane Yorkshire sashes, 9-pane tripartite Yorkshire sashes, and an additional blocked opening, all of which are also under blocked elliptical arches. The house has end and ridge stacks.
