Description
Ivy House is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of pinkish-brown brick and features a roof made of pantiles and stone slates. The building has two storeys and four windows on the first floor. There are two steps leading to a 20th-century entrance located below the second window, which is set under a blocked elliptical arch. The ground floor windows are sashes with glazing bars, and there is one blocked opening beneath elliptical arches. A three-course band runs along the first floor. The first floor windows include two 20th-century casements and a four-pane sash, along with another blocked opening under an elliptical arch. The house has end stacks and an outshut on the left gable and at the rear, which is covered by a catslide roof.
