White House is a cottage dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick, with the street-facing side whitewashed, while the south gable wall is covered in 20th-century brick. The roof is made of French tiles and features end chimneys. The building has two storeys and consists of two bays, with an entrance at one end. It has Yorkshire sash windows that include glazing bars, a first-floor band, and dentilled eaves.
