Description

The barn at Gooseberry Farmhouse dates from the 18th century and is constructed of pebble with some limestone courses and limestone quoins. It has a brown brick lean-to extension on the west side, along with a brown brick hipped roofed extension also to the west, both covered with pantiles. On the east side, there is one stable door and one boarded door that project slightly forward. Additionally, there are casement windows on the east side. The barn is connected to the house at the north end by a brown brick cartshed, which features a pantiled roof and boarded and planked doors.
