Description

No 1 (Bishopton Grove) is an early 19th-century building constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. The building has ten bays on the east side and two bays on the south side, with a semi-circular projection at the eastern end. The windows are cased flush-framed sashes with glazing bars. The doors are adorned with oblong fanlights and fluted baseless Tuscan columns, which support a reeded frieze and a dentilled cornice. The door located at the north end is framed by fluted pilasters and has a moulded wooden cornice.
