Description

This is a 17th century timber-framed barn located 20 yards south of Gooseberry Hall Farmhouse. It features brick infill panels and has a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. The south gable has been rebuilt in brick. The barn consists of three bays, with the central bay having paired wooden cart doors on both the east and west sides. Inside, there are tie-beam trusses with angle struts and arch bracing between the wall posts and tie-beams.
