Description

12 and 14 Henrietta Street are mid-18th century buildings located on the south side of the street. They are two storeys tall, with No 12 constructed of brick and No 14 rendered. Both buildings have a pantile roof, and No 14 features a flat-topped dormer. Each building has two windows, with No 14 having an additional later window. The windows of No 12 have a joined stone arch and double-hung sashes with glazing bars, while No 14 has no glazing bars. There is a band between the storeys. These buildings are listed for their group value with Nos 4 to 22.
