Description
Nos 701 to 707 on Warwick Road are a pair of 18th-century buildings that have been significantly altered over time. They are constructed of red brick, which is partly colour washed and cement rendered, and feature a tiled roof with four dormers. The buildings are two storeys high with attics and have four sash windows on the first floor; three of these are altered 19th-century windows, while one retains its 18th-century glazing bars and is set under a flat arch. The ground floor has front extensions for shops in the center and to the right, with Georgian-style shop windows on the left. A dentil cornice runs along the first floor. These buildings are included for their group value with Nos 691 to 707.
