Description

No 699 on Warwick Road is an 18th-century building that has been altered. It is similar in style to the nearby Nos 691-697. The structure is made of brick and features a tiled roof with a corbelled cornice and three gabled casement dormers. It has two storeys and attics, with a stucco band on the first floor and two 19th-century casements set under cambered arches. To the left of the doorway, there is a shop bay window with a decorative surround and entablature. On the right side, there is a two-storey, 19th-century projection with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate, which includes a modern shop window and a first-floor sash window in a surround with a cornice supported by consoles.
