Description

130 and 134 High Street is a late 18th century building that has been refronted from an earlier structure. It features a colour washed roughcast exterior and a machine tiled roof with a tall central ridge and a lower end ridge set at right angles. The building has two storeys, with the first floor showcasing five pointed arched sash windows that include pointed arched glazing bars. There is a small gable above the central window. The shop fronts, dating from the 19th century, have been altered. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 116 to 120 (even), 124, 126, 130, 134, 138, 140, 142, and 144.
