Description

Morland Cottage, located at 31 and 33 Henrietta Street, is an early 18th-century building that has been rendered and features a replaced pantile roof. The structure is two storeys high with attics and includes one later dormer. There is a band between the storeys. Number 31 has one window with a flat arch, a double-hung sash, and 19th-century glazing bars, along with shutters. Number 33 has a similar window above but features three windows on the ground floor, with glazing bars on one. There is a central passage doorway. Morland Cottage is part of a group that includes Nos 23 to 37 and the outbuildings to No 37.
